The passage air bag light stay on and some time I hear a noise do the light suppose to stay on?

No the light is not suppose to be on it is indicating something is not right. It needs to be scanned to get the code then we can figure out what it happening.

Unless you buy about a 200 dollar scanner its best to take it to a shop for that as your basic scanners don't pull air bag codes. You can with you local parts stores to see if any of them do a free scan and weather or not there's will do air bag codes.
