Heater blowers work but air cold even when on Hi.

The car does not apprear to heat up. Even when I switch controller to 27 deg c or Hi. The blowers work OK and the engine coolant is at the correct temperature.

Most of these cars have blend doors and blend door motors. So that what I would check or have checked. If you would like I could look up the test procedures and walk you through some testing. Let me know.
