I need to know if I can put silicate free OAT pink/orange coolant in a 2006 Renault Clio 1.5 dci

I have changed the radiator/condenser unit and need to change the coolant as it looks contaminated. Green coolant came out but everywhere I look people are suggesting pink/orange OAT coolant. Really not sure which one to use.

I would always use the one recommended by the dealer. It is never a good idea to mix coolants and the green ones you have are not going to be easy to be completely flushed out.
