my heater and fan dont work on it.where are the fuses? my wiper blades keep blowing fuses, is this problem to do with the heater or do i need a new wiper motor?

your wiper may have a short or bad motor, should be checked by a pro and there should be fuse and relay for blower motor either underhood or under dash
