My heater and fan dont work on it. Where are the fuses? My wiper blades keep blowing fuses, is this problem to do with the heater or do I need a new wiper motor?

Your wiper may have a short or bad motor, should be checked by a pro and there should be fuse and relay for blower motor either underhood or under dash

What did you do finally? I have the same problem with my fan and heater on my Wave 2006.
