2006 Pontiac Torrent dashlights

Dash lights dont come on at any time day or night. Also door locks dont work and the heater wont blow hot air but it works on all other settings and finally the tail lights dont work. I have checked the fuses and they are all good.

Did you check the fuses under the hood? These are all different circuits, so I'm not sure they are related. Have you checked for body ground issues?

All fuses are good, is there a relay and where is it located if so?

The relays are under the hood in the relay box.
