I have a 2006 pontiac torrent 2wd. My third brake light works but the other brake lights dont

In the diagram below, check for voltage at the splice legs for splice 304, lite blue wire. I have to backtrack the wire from the rear to find the splice. That usually indicates a bad Multifunction switch in the steering column. The 2 lower brake lights run through the turn signal switch so the turn signals can be canceled for the brake lights.
