It is on passenger side lower dash below the glove box are right next to the blower motor. I posted a diagram of its location for you.

Blower motor resistor replacement.
Removal procedure:
Disconnect the electrical connector from the blower motor resistor.
Remove the blower motor resistor screws from the HVAC module.
Remove the blower motor resistor from the HVAC module.
