trouble code P0700, trans control system, where is it and how do i check the proble, locks in 3rd gear, door locks lock and unlock, check engine lights on. cuts engine power on and off,

P0700 code is telling you to check the TCM for a DTC. The TCM can not turn on the check engine light so it has the PCM do it with code p0700
check for tranny codes
always check fuses 1st
