how tight bolt through lower control arm bushing should be on 2006 g6

installed the drivers side lower control arm and was wondering how tight the bolt (which is part of the assembled arm) that goes through the bushing inside the mounting bracket should be.

tight enough to hold the bushing central tube from turning under suspension twist. and it should be done when suspension is in normal position on road surface.
