Parking lights not working

The rear park lights will not come on all of a sudden. The brake lights work, the turn signals work, and the reverse lights work. I have checked all the fuses, with none of them blown. I removed the headlight switch from the steering column, but I don't know which connections should be closed, and I need to know where to look next.

It could be the bulbs because the front and rear are tied together here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how it works. This guide can help as well.

Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know what you find. We are interested to see what it is.

The tail lamp light was out so I changed the bulb. But the running light still wont work but the blinker works. I was wondering if it could be a fuse or anything else

Try wiggling the bulb in the connector to see if it will lite. Probably a socket or wiring issue not a fuse.

Were any fuses blown? There are lighting trouble codes, so you may have to get the B type codes checked, all codes. Voltage for the tail lamps comes from the park lamp relay. I'd have to check voltage and ground circuits at the relay, the relay itself may be ok. The BCM controls the ground for the coil side of relay. The bcm monitors sense circuits, one from the light sensor, the other from the headlamp switch. I can't tell you exactly where the problem is without testing?

Yes, there is a brake switch and it sounds either sticky or misadjusted. You may have to remove the lower plastic shield to be able to see up to the switch, but it is there
