Hi

I have had the 307 off the road for 2 years as I was using another car. I have charged up the battery but it will not start. There is beeping noises and also warning lights saying the airbags are faulty. Would the software be corrupted?

I would do a code clear with a scanner and then attempt a re start, check fore fuel pump pressure, spark and injection pulse, i am presuming that it is still cranking on the key, and you will have to drain the fuel and change the filter as it will be so stale that it may be part of the problem as well.

Thanks for the reply. The local garage checked it out and found the battery was faulty. New battery, track rod end and MOT cost £300 and now back on the road and running great.
