Opel fizzles

Hi, i have opel zafira 06 1.9 cdti, i connected diagnostic and while i'm driving at constant speed my mass air flow suddenly goes down for fraction of second, like its around 150-160 and then 50-60 and its fizzling at that point then back to 150, and when accelerating and releasing throttle it fizzles.

Try cleaning the MAF and check the wire harness connector for looseness or contaminations. MAF could be failing and sometimes cleaning can kill it completely.
