steering problem,feels like wheel is buckeling when turning

On a opel corsa 1.4 club,2006 model,on the right hand side the inner cv is connected to the outer cv with a rubber,can that rubber due to wear,let it feel like the whEel is buckeling when your turning?or what can it be,tie rod ends is stil fine and float on the cv's is still oky,no play on wheel that can indicate that the bearing is damaged,pls can anybody help me?

A bad CV joint will usually cause a clicking noise when turning. If really bad, it can be felt.
