the 12 volt outlets does not work?

the 12 volt outlets does not work in my nissan pathfinder. what can be the cause? i had my fuses check and i was told they were fine.

If both outlets do not work, use a test lamp to check Fuse # 26 in engine compartment for power supply. If battery voltage is available, use test lamp to test the power outlet Red wire for battery voltage. If voltage is not available, there is a break between fuse box and outlet.
