Having problems when I brake

I bought a 2006 Nissan Murano with 110k miles when I tried to drive it and break it felt like it would go forward and backward then the steering wheel would shake some. Is this a alignment issue or something more???

have the rotors checked for being out of round. it causes that condition and comes from overheating of the brakes.
