i hear a clicking noise coming from my front driver side wheel when i turn when its cold outside

When it's cold outside and i turn a corner i hear a clicking noise in my driver side front wheel, I had new brakes put on and I did'nt notice the sound until after the service. also I hear a vibration noise in my dash when im acellerating at a low speed how do I get it to stop?

could be outer cv joint on axle making click.
