Okay, so my radio was working just fine. But out of nowhere it changed stations. (I have a plug in Bluetooth that uses an empty radio frequency). I was able to change it back once. Now no buttons on my radio work at all. Only the volume will go up and down. I still have sound, but it is stuck on one station. I can only change from AM, FM, and CD mode on my steering wheel. Is there any way I can fix this without getting a new radio?

Hi,

It sounds like something shorted internally. If you remove the Bluetooth from the vehicle, does it make a difference? Also, is this a Bluetooth that plugs into a power output? If it is, power it completely off to see if it changes anything. If it doesn't. it sounds like the radio itself has shorted internally.

Let me know.
