2006 Nissan Altima Brake Lights Work Turn Signals Tail Work Changed Bulbs

My brake lights work and my turn signals work but the tail lights do not work. I have changed the bulbs and nothing. I assume it is a fuse but I do not know which fuse it is.

Check and test the fuse no.41 and tail lamp relay-see below
