Will not shift pass neutral, will not go in reverse, will not release the key.It will start and will drive when the key is turned.ihave to turn it off in drive and the key will not release.I can only drive straight. No reverse
and can't back in or out.Have to take it back to the dealer tomorrow.
want to have some knowledge.

The shifter interlock is probably keeping out of gear an d from starting.
Try checkiong the brake light bulbs and fuses first.
Then if they work the brake lights need to be operable. If they work then you may need to look at taking the shifter partially appart aor inspecting the linkage to make sure there is not an obstruction.
