2006 Mini Cooper S ABS Light Came On Just This Morning Car Been Running Great

The ABS light came on just this morning, car has been running great till now. Cannot switch off ABS switch and car will not go more than 10mph and almost no breaks. I just had a tire put on car about 5dys ago (front driver side) and new breaks a little less than a year ago......any ideas or thought would be greatly appreciated.
