how do you adjust the pressure that it takes to release the cruise control at brake peddle ?

have to put more pressure on brake peddle to release cruise,on my other cars all you do is touch brake peddle with you toe to release.

That is run by the brake light switch. It really isn't adjustable unless the switch is loose or damaged in some way.
