My car is misfiring on all cylinders, does this car have a MAIN coil, or just the individual coil packs on top of the plug wires? Where do the individual packs get their signal from to fire. I am trying to avoid replacing every coil pack. The OBDII scanner showed misfire on all cylinders. Please help!

There are no main coils. Each individual coil supplies the required sparks to the respective cylinder.

Check the fuel pressure.
