tturbo problem

My van has lost a lot of power but still drives slowly if I hit a hill even at 60 I eventually need to go down to second gear was told by the garage it has a leaking turbo case can you confirm this plz

i was gonna say it sounds like loss of some turbo power.

They said I need a new turbo at a cost of £800 plus labour I only got the van serviced last week which cost me £1000 and it didn't have this problem when I put it in I dont expect to be ripped off as the garage I always take my van to is western commercial

Is it not by any chance your diesel filter that must be replaced?
