The SUV has being running great, and still is running good, out of nothing the check engine light appear, then realized the gas CAP was not well closed, so i open and closed really good again. I guess the air intake when wrong and that why pop out the check engine light.
With the days driving it again, will the light Go off?

You will have to get a compatible scanner and clear the fault code, once any code is set it will remain in the log until it is manually cleared.
