Batery died during a very cold morning start, but after boost and charge, the engine just wont start, it turn, but some 1 second idle then die.
Strarted fine the day before.

Also, the next morning when I tried again, it idle very roughly during 4-5 second then died again.

You may have a fuel pressure or fuel quality issue. I suggest using a fuel pressure gauge to determine the exact fuel pressure.

If you can list of possible cause it would be nice. Since I have this car (1 year), cold engine start would take
a couple second with a litle stumble just before it run, much less whith hot engine. Always run really smooth when it's runing.

That's not the way we diagnose things. We isolate which system is causing the issue and then we can determine what the problem is with that system. It sounds like it's starving for fuel but that needs to be either confirmed or eliminated as the cause.
