NSR caliper occasionally binds causing overheating and smoke

Hi
I replaced the nsr brake caliper, discs and pads a few months ago. Recently I have noticed the nsr caliper is smoking after some trips but not all, once every 10 times or so I use the car. Have you any idea what would cause this intermitant problem?

bad brake hose feeding the caliper. when was the last time you changed the brake fluid??
