2006 Lexus SC 430 No Start/Electrical Malfunction

Dead battery had power surge and blew the 7.5 amp ign fuse and something else. Replace that fuse and as soon as you put jumper box on and turn ign switch things are fine. Go to start and all it does is turn over (very strong), all lights accessories work just no start. It blows this fuse every time immediately when you turn the key to start.

Ideas?

that goes to fuel pump relay /pump the pump is probably bad, try smacking bottom of tank with rubber hammer or flat of hand see if that works sometimes it does but yo uwill need a fuel pump more than likely
