Vehicle will not start after side impact collision with NO airbags deployed any ideas does this vehicle have a fuel shut off or alarm trick to get it started

does engine try to crank at all or just clicking or nothing at all when key is turned? there is no inertia (fuel cut off) switch on the vehicle. how hard was the impact? is the anti-theft (red) light in dash blinking or solid?
