After replacing alternator we cannot lower passenger Windows from drivers door

Any chance window lockout switch is on? Can pass side be operated at that door? Can operate rear windows from driver side? And was ALT replaced?

Alt was replaced today after dying as a dead short which drained the battery. Each window works when operated from it's associated door switch. Driver's window works from driver's door switch too, but automatic open/close function is gone and driver's door switches don't operate any of the other windows.

Is window lock out switch off? See diagram system is self diagnostic need to have codes read to find fault.
