2006 Kia Spectra Windows wont work

I checked all the fuses and replaced most of them. I have the connection to them working fine but the master switch still wont work. I only have connection to half of the master switch though. how do i fix that issue/how do i get my windows to roll down again?

check everything in pic and if still only power to switch have it scanned for codes and it may be a body module problem.
