2006 Kia Spectra Turn Bright Lights On Off Sometimes Put Them Back Low Beams

when we turn the bright lights on the lights go off sometimes. we put them back on low beams and then back to high beams then they will work. i think it is the dimmer switch . i need to know how to replace the dimmer switch

You would need to remove the steering wheel to replace the light switch. Care has to be taken as improper installation can result in damage to the airbag cable reel if equipped with SRS.
