2006 Kia Sorento Car Automatically Shuts Down Driving On Road Just Let Cool Off

my car automatically shuts down when driving on the road then I just let it cool off for about ten to 15 minutes and then starts back on when I turn it on back again. smoke coming out of the engine smells like burning oil after I stop, will you pls help me find out exactly the reason Im having this problem on my car?

Is the Malfunction Indicator Light showing?
Do you have overheating and/or coolant losses issues?
Where is the smoke coming from? Could be oilm getting to the exhaust. Check for oil leaks.
