2006 Kia Sedona Engine Light On Local Firestone Codes Bank 1 Too Lean 2 Lean

When engine light is on and my local firestone said the codes are bank 1 too lean and bank 2 too lean. do you know what this means? they thought it was a recall of some kind.
.
Also, upon starting it idles high and then acts like it may stall. When you start to drive it starts real slow and then jerks.

Any suggestions?
