2006 Kia Carnival Ll Run Slowly Would Wobbling Steering Will Vibrate

why is it if i'll run my carnival slowly, it would run wobbling and the steering will vibrate as i accelerate the speed, the wobbling minimizes but the steering wheel is still vibrating.?

Check the wheels/rim for damage and abnormal tire wear.
Check suspension linkages and wheel bearings.
