2006 Kia Carnival Carnival Just Got Move Brakes Seemed Locked On V6 Manual

I have a 2006 Kia Carnival. I have just got in to move it and the brakes seemed to be locked on. It is a V6 manual and even in neutral it won't even roll.
The brake light for the hand brake is not on.

You will have to jack up each back wheel and check that it is not bound up, do this first.
