2006 Kia Carens Back Passenger Door Would Nt Open Outside Now Won T Inside

Back passenger door would'nt open from outside , now it won't open from inside. Similary the other back passenger door is starting with the same problem. How can this be fixed?

you may have to pull the door panels off to see if clips have come undone or broken that hold the rods on. try passenger door first.
