2006 Jeep Laredo The car hesitates

The car start up fine .

Has the check engine light come on? Was the fuel filter replaced or pressure tested?

No check engine light, i have the car for 4 years and i did not change the fuel filter , where is it located ?

Actually, on this year, a separate fuel filter is not used. The fuel filter is built into the fuel pump module. I would suggest checking fuel pump pressure to make sure it is within the manufacturer's specs. Since the check engine light hasn't come on, most likely it isn't sensor or ignition related. That is what is leading me to the fuel pressure. Please confirm, however, there are no engine vacuum leaks.

I have checked today for vacuum leak , there is non , however i have notice the Vapor Canister Purge Valve (EVAP ) , making hissing noise , is that may be why the car is acting up , or the EVAP should do that ?

If you hear a hissing, most likely there is a vacuum leak. Double check.

I have checked again and there no vacuum leak . I checked the transmission fluid its was little low , i add some , i have cleaned the idle air valve it was dirty , but i cleaned it put it back , and cleaned the inside of the throttle body 2 , it was black , i did not take it off , i just spry some carb cleaner and wiped it with towel , but any way the car still have the same problem .

If the problem was related to a sensor or the ignition, I would expect the check engine light to come on. It sounds like it could be a few things, but without the light, it becomes a guessing game.

Since the sensors seem to be working properly, I have to question the fuel pump or fuel system. Have you checked pressure?
