WHEN I TRIED STARTING MY JEEP AND TURNED THE IGNITION ALL I COULD HERE WAS A CLICKING SOUND. I TRIED TO JUMP START IT BUT IT DID NOT WORK. COULD IT BE A STARTER OR ALTERNATOR PROBLEM?
