I have changed the fuel filter and now it won't start

High side or low side?
Low side is easy: Disconnect the line from the tank to the filter. Insert a tube in the connector and put the tube into a bottle or jar. Turn the key to run for 2-5 seconds. Repeat until no air comes out.
