Rear wheel brake poor, in automatic test in machine

I change brake shoes, and brake master cylinder, bleed four wheels.

Ensure the rear wheel cylinders are in good working condition.
Check the brake shoe adjustment.
If vehicle is equipped with load sensing valve, check its condition and adjustment.
