why is the fan running constantly and ac comes on, seems to drain the battery.

bought a new battery about 6 months ago after car wouldn't start, now i have to crank and crank before car will start and the air cond. comes on automatically every time i start the car, it a 2006 hyundia tucson.

scan ofr codes and check fuel pressure first. clean ground to engine from battery
