heavy vibration when accelerating

What would cause heavy vibration when accelerating above 45 mph up to 60 if u let off gas it stops, if you acceleration again it will do it again. cv axle has been replaced

The motor/trans mounts have not been checked, and only the passenger side axle was replaced, it was loose but the other side seemed fine
