2006 Hyundai Starex Changed Fuel Filter Primed Coming Out Bleeder Done Lot

Changed fuel filter. When I primed, no fuel is coming out of the bleeder. Done a lot of pumps but to no avail. What should I do?

You may have to pressurise the fuel tank with comp air primer pump may not be working well enough to raise fuel up to pump.
