2006 Hyundai Sonata Apply Brakes Ac Air Flow Slows Down Also Turn High Beams

When i apply the brakes the AC air flow slows down .. also when i turn the high beams on the radio shuts off and comes back on . Alternator is charging good throughout all rpms and the battery is new.. thinking it could be wiring harness from battery, starter, alternator..
Any ideas?

Check for poor ground circuits.
What were the alternator charging voltages achieved?
