I have a car without power stearing.I hear a specific sound when car it self turns, not while turning steering. It is a preiodic sound just like sound of knocking but its frequency is higher. Also I am feeling that steering of car is now more softer than how it was before.

I think you are describing a faulty CV joint in the front drive shaft, there will be no noise as you turn, but it will click or pop when driving in tight turns, is this what it is doing?

Yes, while turning a U-turn this sound is absolutely clear. Also I had installed new tires 4 months ago. Rear tires are fine but front tires have worn out espacially front left tire.

Check for play in wheel bearings, there should be none, check lower ball joint and steering inner and outer ends, an alignment should be done as well.
