general info does over revving a car disturbs fuel adjustment?

Nope it would not. Engine control system are designed to cut off fuel supply when a certain engine speed is detected and you would not be able to over rev it unless the PCM has been modified.
For older carburetted engines, you can over rev and dammage the engine itself.
