Does engine scanner just diagnose problem or it also adjusts the air fuel mixture in E.F.I engines?

It reads codes (error) codes.

There are programmers you can get to reprogram fuel/ignition maps.

which type of puncture repair is better for tyre health and performence?
1- the one in which we paste a piece of hard rubber by heating.
2- or the one in which we paste a piece of hard rubber by using a bindig material e.g glue
