Hello,
This could be due to a bad motor or regulator.
When you push the button, what does it do? Does it make any clicking noise?
Can you hear the motor or any noise?
If all the other windows work normally and have no other issues, it is likely a bad motor.
In order to replace the window motor, you will have to first remove the door panel.
You can remove the motor and apply 12V power to the connector. If the motor operates then the issue is somewhere else like a wiring issue. If the motor does not work, then it is a faulty motor and needs to be replaced.
