2006 Hyundai Getz Feel Shaking Hear Strange Sound Crackling Irons Engine Every

I can feel shaking and hear a strange sound like crackling irons from the engine every morning or when its cold and some different blows from the exhaust . by the way . My getz car is manual .but when I shift the gear to the 1 or 3 gives sound like scratching on a peace of metal or when you drive a car and you should shift from 1 to 2 u should press the clutch right? if you don't .. there is a weird sound comes from the gear... please help me..
